The specified character timeout has elapsed since the last
character was received from the device.
This option has no effect if the Buffer mode is set to Quick turn-around
.
Description
This option controls the data output to the device attached to the FSK
connector.

Continuous key
The amount of time, in milliseconds, to wait before transmitting data (after
the carrier is turned on).
The amount of time, in milliseconds, to wait before turning off the carrier
(after the last character has been transmitted).

Description
The carrier is only turned on when data is
being transmitted to the device attached
to the FSK connector.
The Carrier on delay (T1) and Carrier
off delay (T2) times are used to frame
the data being transmitted.
The carrier is always on.
This option is only available when the port
mode is set to FSK (4 wire).
