Rear Endblock Cover

Follow steps 1 through 5 of Transfer Corona Nylon Wire Replacement. (See page 3-44.)
1 .
2 Gently remove the front and rear endblock covers together with the wire.
3 . Replace the corona wire as follows:
a) Hook the large eyelet of the wire to the rear stud.
b) Hook the small eyelet of the wire to the front cover spring and install it to the front
endblock.
Check that the wire is in the "V" shaped slot of both endblocks.
c)
d) Set the rear endblock cover.
NOTE: Check the spring action of the corona unit after installation. (It must be smooth.)
