2. Quenching Lamp Circuit

To light the quenching lamp, the CPU drops CN102-9 to LOW.
This occurs at almost the same time
that the Start key is pressed.
The quenching stabilizer receives +22 volts at CN707-1.
When the main motor turns off, CN102-9 goes back to HIGH, turning off the quenching lamp.
