If the MP2500 register has been set to MP2100/MP2500-1 slot,
select one of the MP2100 ports as the one to be used for
communications.
If the MP2500 register has been set to MP2100/MP2500-2 slots,
select two of the MP2100 ports as the ones to be used for
communications.
