Chapter 12 Editing the Background

Moving shapes
1. Selects the shape.
2. Press the mouse button anywhere on the shape, and drag it to the
desired location. The arrow keys of the keyboard can be used to nudge
the shape being dragged.
Selecting multiple shapes
1. Click the first shape, then click other shapes while pressing down the
[Shift] key. Another option is to drag the mouse to enclose the shapes
you want to select.
Changing shape size
1. Select a shape.
2. Place the mouse on one of the handles.
3. Drag the handle to adjust the size of the rectangle frame of the shape.
The arrow keys of the keyboard can be used to nudge the size of the
rectangle frame being dragged.
4. The shape is displayed in its new size and is in a selected state.
