CAMSHAFT REMOVAL
Drain the coolant (page 6·3) and engine oil from
the tront cylinder head by removing the bolts and
washers.
Remove the radiator (page 6·8).
Remove the cylinder head coy,r from the front
cylinder head.
Remove the cylinder head cover and COlier base
from the rear cylinder head.
Remove the oil pipe and cam chain guide mounting
bolts and remOlle the cam chain guide.
Remove the alternator cover and rotate the crank·
shaft clockwise until the cam chain has free play,
Remolle the oil pipe with pulling up the middle of
chain.
