With the cam chain tensioner raised in the direction
of the arrow, insert a pin or piece of wire through
the hole in the tensioner base and tensioner.
Place the cylinder head on the cylinder.
Pass the cam chain through the cam chain tensioner
and install the tensioner slipper as shown.
NOTE:
Check that the lower end of the slipper fits
in the slipper base correctly.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts.
NOTE:
Tighten the bolts in 2-3 steps in a crisscross
pattern.
TO RQUE : 33-37 N·m (3.3-3.7 kg-m , 24-27 ft-tb )
