If not already preconfigured, the connection parameters list the range of values that may be configured
as described in Table 23-13.
Every Service Class does not include all parameters. For example, a CBR service type have fewer
parameters than an ABR service type.
Not every Service Class has a value defined for every parameter listed in Table 23-13.
