BGP Aggregate Address Settings

This window is used to create an aggregate entry in the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) database.
To view the following window, click L3 Features > BGP > BGP Aggregate Address Settings, as shown below:
The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter
Aggregate Address
Summary Only
AS Set
Address Family
Click the Add button to add a new entry based on the information entered.
Click the first Find button to locate a specific entry based on the information entered.
Click the first Delete button to remove all the entries in the IPv4 or the IPv6 unicast address family.
Click the second Find button to display all the entries in the IPv4 or the IPv6 unicast address family.
Click the second Delete button to remove the specific displayed entry.

BGP Network Settings

This window is used to specify the network advertised by the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
To view the following window, click L3 Features > BGP > BGP Network Settings, as shown below:

Description
Enter the IPv4 or the IPv6 network address followed by the prefix length to be
aggregated.
Tick this check box to stop more specific routes from being advertised. The default
setting is un-ticked.
Tick this check box to generate Autonomous System set path information. The default
setting is un-ticked.
Select the address family option to find or delete here. Options to choose from are IPv4
Unicast and IPv6 Unicast.
