Operating the Standard Mobile Unit
Saving / Assigning Multiple Subscriber Numbers
When you contract a multiple device connection for either a standard or a comfort connection
from your telecommunications company, you will receive 3 multiple subscriber numbers (MSN)
(see also page 9 and the Glossary after page 171).
You can store these settings in your Gigaset 1054isdn using the following procedure. Using the
call number assignment function (page 75) you can then assign a multiple subscriber number to
each mobile unit or other device. You can contract additional multiple subscriber numbers, as
many as 10, from your telecommunications company.

Press the displayed keys one after
another and then enter the system
code (default setting 0000).
Each entered number replaces a dash in
the display
another.
The MSN with the number 1 will be dis-
played (if a MSN is already saved); here
MSN 34567800.
Press the redial key repeatedly to
search for an MSN.
Each MSN is preceded by a number. Up
to 10 are possible.
An MSN has not yet been assigned with
number 3.
Enter the new 8 digit MSN for the num-
ber 3.
(Without country or local area code).
Press the star key to delete the old
MSN.
Enter the new 8 digit MSN for the num-
ber 2.
Press the save key .
The settings are now saved.
