Operating the Comfort Mobile Unit

Enter / Change System Code

For your protection you can enter a new four digit system code for the system. This protects your
settings and guards against the registrating of additional mobile units.
All entries are made from a mobile unit. The default system code is „0000" .

If you enter an incorrect system code a negative receipt tone will sound. If you forget the
system code, then you will need technical support to access the device. Forgetting the sys-
tem code is like losing a key. In this case you should contact your sales or service represen-
tative.

mode.
Press and the main menu is displayed.
Scroll with NEXT...
until "Service" is in the 1st line of the main
menu and...
select "Service" with OK.
The next menu level is displayed.
Scroll with NEXT...
until "System settings" is in the 1st line of
the service menu and
then select with OK.
Enter the 4 digit system code, if needed,
make corrections with
Scroll with NEXT...
until "Change sys. code" is in the 1st line
and then select with OK.
Enter new system code. Please do not for-
get!
Each entered number replaces a dash,
if needed, correct with
Finish entries.
Repeat the new system code.
