Set Internal Call Forwarding

You can forward an external call, that was directed to you, to another internal subscriber. The call
can only be forwarded to those subscribers that haven't set any call forwarding definitions.

Placing a Call on Hold

You can place an active call on hold to, for example, have a brief conversation in the room.

Note:
When a call is on hold you can use other exchange functions, for example to
make a brief private consultation call (page 147).
transfer the held call to the consultation call partner (page 147).
switch back and forth between the consultation call partner and the original partner (toggle,
(page 149).

Press these keys one after another to forward the call inter-
nally.
Press the number key pad to enter the call number of the
internal subscriber, to whom the call should be forwarded.
Press a number key to define the number of ring cycles
before the call is forwarded.
Replace hand set.
Call forwarding is set.
Lift hand set.
Press these keys one after another to delete the internal
call forwarding setting.
Replace hand set.
The internal call forwarding setting is deleted.
You have an internal or external connection.
Press these keys to place the call on hold.
Press these keys to return to the call.
