Registrating a Standard Mobile Unit at a Base Station

Each mobile unit must be registrated at the base station. In doing this, please note the following:
1. The mobile unit must be switched off.
If necessary, turn it off by pressing the
u
key until the display is clear.
2. Press the registration key on the base station.
Use a pointed object for this, for example,
a pencil or a pen.
The registration key will start to blink.
3. Then (within 1 minute),on the mobile unit:

8 mobile units can be registrated on one base station.

If you have already registrated 8 mobile units, three dashes will be displayed during
the registration process after you enter the system code and a negative tone sounds.

The mobile unit must be turned off.
Press the 1 key and hold down.
(This stipulates the
base station number)
appears.
Enter the system code.
The system code at the time of delivery
is 0000.
Complete the entry of the system code.
Please wait until the connection to the
base station has been established.
At the time of first registration, all availa-
ble internal station numbers appear in
the display, here, 1 to 8.
Enter the desired internal station num-
ber of the mobile unit; i.e. push one of
the number keys between 1 and 8;
here, for example, 2.
The mobile unit is registrated.
