Set / Change a Ring Allocation on a Multiple Device Connection

Before you set the ring allocation, you need to store external call numbers on the multiple device
connection (multiple subscriber number, MSN) (see also „Storing / Assigning Multiple Sub-
scriber Numbers" on page 93).
When operating more than 6 cordless subscribers the call number display for the person called
will no longer function after the 6th subscriber. The last registrated subscribers will be affected
by this.

following menu is displayed:
Use NEXT to scroll the menu...
until "Line Data" is in the 1st line and then
use OK to select.
Scroll with NEXT to select the multiple sub-
scriber number for which the call assign-
ment is to be set, for example, MSN 1...
and confirm with OK.
Select Ring allocation with OK.
The menu for editing the call assignments is
displayed (complete menu left).
You can use NEXT and OK to select and edit
the following options:
Enter / change group call.
After selecting "Collective call"" the group
call list is displayed.
Example: External call number

For example, if an external call is received for 12345678, then the
subscribers with the internal numbers 2, 3, 5 are signalled.
Enter / change group ringl
After selecting "Group ring" the lists for
group 1 and group 2 will be displayed one
after another
Example: External call number

subscribers with the internal numbers 2, 3, 5 and after that then the
subscribers with the internal numbers 2, 3, 5, 1, 7 .
