You can also view statistics and run these diagnostic tests from the
ViewStation FX or VS4000's web interface. For information on how
to do this, refer to the Remote Management section of Chapter 3,
Using the ViewStation FX or the VS4000 with a PC.
Select the icon for the statistics you want to view or tests you want
to perform. At any time, you can return to the Diagnostics screen by
pressing the MENU button on the remote control. Press the
CALL•HANG-UP button to return to the Main screen.
The following sections describe the tests and statistics you can
access from this screen.
The Network Statistics screen displays the network protocols and
data speeds for a video call.
The Advanced Network Statistics screen displays detailed
information about the status of your call. Input and output speeds are
displayed for both audio and video during a call.
The Call Status screen displays call status indicators for each
channel used in a call. On this screen you can determine if any
channels are failing in a call. Highlight one of the call progress
indicators, and the number for that channel appears. You can
