[ 2 ] Initializing the BHT-4000

Be sure to initialize the BHT-4000 according to the steps below.
The initialization operation will initialize the user area and the system work area (used
for storing system parameters and file directories) of the RAM, but not initialize the
system program area of the RAM. Therefore, System Program already downloaded
will not be affected by the initialization.
(1) Press the PW key while holding down the trigger switch, 0 and SF keys.
The YES/NO screen will appear on the LCD as shown below .
If the cursor is placed at NO, press 1 key to move the cursor to YES.
(2) Press ENT key.
The message version selection screen will appear as shown below.
(3) Select the Japanese or English message version (for Easy Pack 4.2 and System
Mode) by pressing 1 or 2 key, respectively.
