The host computer displays one of the following error codes & messages.

01 Designated file not found.
02 File name entered in wrong
format.
09 Option mismatch.
51 Communication error.
52 Communication error.
53 Cancel received.
71 File read error.
90 Aborted by break key.
99 General failure.

Check the name of the file to be downloaded and
then retry downloading.

MS-DOS command line when initiating System
Loader, and retry downloading.

The BHT-4000 displays the screen shown at
left and beeps three times.
Check the error code & message shown on
the display of the host computer and take
the necessary recovery action according to
the table given below. (The "
on the LCD of the BHT-4000 indicates the
internal status.)
To retry downloading, press 1 and ENT
keys on the BHT-4000 and initiate System
Loader on the host computer again. To
cancel downloading, press 2 and
keys, and the screen will return to the
DOWNLOAD SYSTEM menu.
Actions to be taken
• the RS-232C interface cable is connected
correctly,
• the transmission speed specified on the
BHT-4000 and that on the host computer
are the same, and
• the interface (optical or direct-connect in-
terface) selected on the BHT-4000 and that
on the host computer are the same,
