• System Status Indication
Turning on the system status indication displays the following icons:

Shift state of the keys on
the keypad

Icons
Selecting "Date/Time" on the SET SYSTEM
menu displays the screen shown at left.
Use the numerical keys to enter the year
(only the last lower two digits), month, day,
hour, and minute in this order. If the data is
:
in one digit, add 0 (zero) preceding the data.
If you make a wrong entry, press BS key
to delete it and enter the correct data.
[Example] To set 1993, October 20, at 2:00
p.m.
Press 9 , 3 , 1 , 0 , 2 , 0 , 1 , 4 , 0 ,
and 0 keys.
Press ENT key to register the above set-
ting.

To return to the SET SYSTEM menu, press
C key.

Description
Displays the battery voltage
level at three levels.
Appears when the keys on
the keypad are shifted.
• For the year, be sure to enter only
the last two digits of the year. For
the hour, enter it in the 24-hour for-
mat.
• If any of the year, month, day, hour,
and minute is not entered, the
ENT key becomes inoperable.
