[ 4.5 ] Setting the communications parameters and interface port
When the BHT-4000 is initialized, the communications parameters and the interface
port to be used are set as listed in the default table below. Do not access unless
necessary.

Selecting "Com" on the SET SYSTEM menu
displays the screen shown at left.
1 Optical
: Shifts to the communica-
tions parameter menu
screen for the optical in-
terface. (The CU-4000 is
required.)
2 Connector : Shifts to the communica-
tions parameter menu
screen for the direct-con-
nect interface.
3 Default
: Shifts to the interface port
setting screen.
Select a desired item by using the numeri-
cal keys and then press ENT key to shift
to the selected setting screen.
To return to the SET SYSTEM menu, press
C key.

Adds serial numbers
to data blocks.
Enables horizontal
parity cheking.
Disables the RS/CS
control.
