How to Review and Modify Data
You can review the previously entered data, by using F5 and F7 keys. While the
data is being reviewed, the reference mark shown below appears on the screen. On
this screen, you may modify the displayed data.

When the screen shows the data to be modified, press C key to erase the old data
and enter the new in the same way as for normal data collection.
Upon completion of new data entry, the new data will be automatically registered into
the data file.
To return to the screen ready for data entry, press ENT key.
If any modification is made, the date will be automatically updated to that day.

[ 2 ] "Select File" Mode

In this mode, you can select a desired data file suitable to the specific application from
the previously defined files, just by pressing the corresponding numerical key.
Pressing 2 key on the user's menu displays the screen showing only the previously
prepared files. The screen example shown below indicates that file 1 and file 2 have
been defined.

Each time you press F5 key, the screen
scrolls up so as to show data entered to the
preceding data items starting from the last
data; each time you press F7 key, the
screen scrolls down.
To return to the screen ready for data entry,
press ENT key.
Use any of the 1 to 4 keys to select a
desired data file, and the screen automati-
cally shifts to the user's menu screen.
In this example, press 1 or 2 key.
