For sending a command to a Wireless Modem or to a RTU, enter
the corresponding "Direct command" in the nether window part
and click the "Send" button. This will cause the the command to
be sent to the respective device whose feedback will be received.
The sent command as well as the received feedback will be dis-
played in the upper window part.
