Winding of the Scanner Drive Cables

1. Position the round bead [1] of the
Scanner Drive Cable in the pulley [2]
[2]
as shown.
NOTE
• Make sure that the bead snugly
rests in the slit in the pulley.

2. Wind the fixed bead end of the cable
around the pulley five turns clock-
wise, from the rear toward the front
side.
NOTE
• Make sure that no part of the cable
rides on the other.
