C0990:LCT Elevator Motor Failure

A. Detection timing
Malfunction code
The Elevator Motor Pulse Sensor (PC10-LCT) cannot detect both edges of H/L
C0990 even after the set period of time has elapsed while the Elevator Motor (M5-LCT) is
turning backward/forward (raise/lower).
