Enter an IP address or domain name in the Destination field.W

From the Diagnostic Tolls menu, select one of the following options:
•
Ping. Ping a device. If the request times out (no reply is received), it usually means
that the destination is unreachable. However, some network devices can be
configured not to respond to a ping.
•
Traceroute. Trace a route. Lists all routers between the source (this wireless access
point) and the destination IP address.
•
Nslookup. Query a DNS server. A Domain Name Server (DNS) converts the Internet
name (for example, www.netgear.com) to an IP address. If you need the IP address
of a Web, FTP, Mail or other server on the Internet, you can request a DNS lookup to
find the IP address.
The results are displayed in the Results window.
Downloading Debug Information
Debug information will assist NETGEAR technical support to find a solution when you are
experiencing technical issues with the wireless access point.
To download the debug file:

with its default user name of admin and default password of password, or using
