2 Enter a NAC Policy name. This name will appear with endpoint information throughout the
Sentriant AG management user interface, so we suggest you use a name that is meaningful and
memorable.
3 Optionally, enter a Description of the NAC policy. We suggest you describe the purpose of the NAC
policy and which endpoints should be included, especially if multiple administrators configure NAC
policies.
4 Select the Trust level you want to give endpoints assigned to this NAC policy:
guilty until proven innocent - Endpoints assigned to the NAC policy must fully comply with the
policy before being granted access to the network. Initially, an endpoint matching the NAC policy
is placed in quarantine. Then all enabled Tests are performed on the endpoint. If any of the failed
tests stipulates that the endpoint is to be quarantined immediately, the endpoint remains in
quarantine. If a condition of a failed test is to quarantine the endpoint after a grace period, the
endpoint is granted network access temporarily. Otherwise, it is granted indefinite access to the
network. This trust level is useful for guests attempting to connect to your network.
