1 Enter a number of seconds in the Agent connection timeout period text field. The agent connection
timeout period is the time in seconds that Sentriant AG waits on a connection to the agent. Use a
larger number for systems with network latency issues.
2 Enter a number of seconds in the Agent read timeout period text field. The agent read time is the
time in seconds that Sentriant AG waits on an agent read. Use a larger number for systems with
network latency issues.
3 Enter a number of seconds in the RPC connection timeout period text field, which is the amount of
time that Sentriant AG will wait on a connection to the RPC port. Set higher on systems with
network latency issues.
4 Enter a number of seconds in the RPC read timeout period text field, which is the amount of time
that Sentriant AG will wait on an rpcclient command to finish. Set higher on systems with network
latency issues.
5 Enter a number of seconds in the RPC netbios lookup timeout period text field, which is the
amount of time that Sentriant AG will wait on a NetBIOS lookup to finish. Set higher on systems
with network latency issues.
6 Click ok.
