Standard NAC Policies
Sentriant AG ships with three standard NAC policies:
High security
●
Low security
●
Medium security
●
NAC policies are organized in groups. Groups include the clusters defined for your system, a Default
group, and any other groups you create. Each standard policy has tests pre-selected. You can modify
these policies, or create custom policies.
NAC Policy Group Tasks
NAC policy groups are collections of NAC policies. Each NAC policy group is assigned to one or more
enforcement clusters. As an endpoint attempts a network connection, the cluster detecting the endpoint
uses its NAC policy group to determine whether the endpoint is to be granted network access or
quarantined. The selection of a NAC policy to control the endpoint's access control status is determined
by the selection order within the NAC policy group. For more information about the selection order,
see
"Changing the NAC Policy Selection Order" on page
This section describes the following NAC policy group tasks:

"Editing a NAC Policy Group" on page 203
●
"Deleting a NAC Policy Group" on page 204
