(1) If the service data is two bytes or four bytes (for example, word data or error clear codes), specify
the right byte first in the command format.
Example: Specify the word data 1234 hex in this sequence: 34 hex → 12 hex.
Specify the double word data 12345678 hex in this sequence: 78 hex → 56 hex → 34 hex → 12 hex.
