Reset the Unit power supply. If the problem stays,
replace the SmartSlice I/O Unit.
Make sure that the communications connector is con-
nected correctly.
Make sure that there are no incorrect switch settings
(GRT1-AD2, GRT1-DA2@, and GRT1-TS2@@).
Make sure that the CompoNet Communications Unit has
a Unit power supply.
