The following commands or utility can be executed to display information entered into the
database using the commands in the previous steps.
For detailed information on these commands, refer to the COMSPHERE 6800 Series Network
Management System Multiplexer Command Reference Manual.

Deleting a Node

You can delete a node from a network under NMS control. However, before you can delete a node,
you must break all channels and channel group connections, as well as logical link connections. To
delete a node, perform the following steps.
1. Execute the Delete Channel Group (dlcg) command to delete any channel group that has

3. Execute the Delete Facility Profile (dlfp) command to delete any facility profile associated

remove all records of the node from your database. You can,
optionally, change the device's inventory state in the device profile
