Print Head Cleaning cleaning starts.
A cleaning completion message is displayed when Print Head Cleaning is complete.

Check the message and touch OK.

Print a check pattern to confirm that the clogging has been cleared.

If clogging is cleared
Continue with normal operations.
If clogging is not cleared
Go back to Step 1 and perform Power Cleaning.
If nozzles are still clogged even after performing Power Cleaning
The print head may be dirty. Clean the print head. If there are multiple large clogs, then do Print Head Refresh at
the same time.

Note:
If clogging is not resolved after executing Print Head Refresh for the print head, you need to clean the nozzle surface or
replace the head. Contact our qualified service personnel for more details.

Capping the Print Head

The print head may not be capped if the printer is turned off due to an error, or if the power turns off suddenly.
