If you have forgotten the User Name you set
If you have forgotten your User Name, you need to initialize the settings from Web Config or the control panel.
Click General Settings - Printer Settings - Restore Default Settings - Clear All Data and Settings on the control
panel to initialize the settings. The User Name and administrator password are returned to their default values.
After initializing, leave the User Name blank and enter the printer's serial number as the administrator password.
Change the administrator password to the password you want to use. Set your own User Name.
