Setting the Print Area and Print Position

The following functions are available for improving printing efficiency.

It is necessary to set the parameters on the print position to match the function settings.
❏ Flush on Belt
Flush on Belt is a function that flushes the belt or fabric outside the printing area without the print head going
back and forth between the flushing pads on either side of the machine.
It can be used when the following conditions are met.
❏ The distance from the right edge of the belt to the print start position is 155 mm or more
❏ The distance from the right edge of the belt to the print start position + the width of the printing area is
1776 mm or less
If the above conditions are not met, the flushing pads will be flushed even if Belt Flushing is set.
❏ Fabric edge nozzle check pattern
When performing continuous jobs or banner printing jobs, you can check for nozzle clogs using the margins
on the left and right of the fabric.
❏ Event Marking
If image quality changes during printing, this function prints a mark in the margin near the affected location
to notify you thereof. You can efficiently discover locations with deteriorated image quality when inspecting
printed products for delivery.
