Checking the Exhaust Equipment

Check if the exhaust is flowing while the machine is running, in order to adjust the temperature and humidity of
the machine.
The location and method of checking exhaust ducts will vary depending on the equipment that is used. For details,
please check with the factory manager.

Turning On the Power

A
Check that the part of the air supply regulator shown in the illustration is labeled "SUP".
If it is not displayed, turn the red valve to change the valve display from "EXH" to "SUP".

Check that all emergency stop buttons have been released.
If there is an emergency stop button that has not been released, release it.
