The printer notifies you about its status in detail with a combination of the lamps' colors and lighting/flashing.

Maintenance cover (right)
Open this cover to clean the area around the print head. This must be closed when using the printer.

LED lamp
The status of the ink supply units and ink units installed on the target ink supply unit tray is indicated by a lit or
flashing indicator as shown below.
Lit blue : Ink is being supplied to the machine. Do not pull out the ink supply unit tray.
Flashing blue light : It is time to shake the ink supply units. Remove the ink supply unit tray and shake the
units.
Lit or flashing : There is an error or warning. Whether the indicator lights up or flashes depends on the
orange nature of the error/warning. You can check the error/warning on the control panel
screen.
Off : There are no problems. You can pull out the ink supply unit tray as needed.

Ink supply unit tray
Install an ink supply unit of the color indicated by the label. Insert all of the ink supply unit tray into the ink
unit.

Lock switch
To pull out the ink supply unit tray, move the lock switch to the right to unlock it. After inserting the ink supply
unit tray, move the lock switch to the left to lock it.

Ink tube
This tube is for supplying ink.
