Use a wipe cloth soaked in ethanol (proper amount) to clean the sharp edge of the blade.

Important:
Do not place the blade on the floor with the sharp edge facing down, or bump it against other objects. Doing
so may damage the blade and prevent the glue from being applied evenly.

Attach the blade supports to the machine.
Loosely tighten the bolt by hand.
Attach the blade support on the opposite side of the belt as well, in the same way.

Have two or more people lift up the blade and pass the blade supports through the holes on both ends of the
blade.
Lower the blade slowly and evenly on both sides to avoid damaging the belt.

Warning:
Be careful not to get your hands caught between the belt and the blade when lowering the blade.
