14.5 To remove and install the valve actuator of the central water loop

3 Reconnect the pipe to the tank.
4 Reinstall the clip to fix the domestic hot water OUT pipe.
NOTICE
Before removing the pressure independent control valve (PICV) with actuator,
ALWAYS perform an actuator test run (see

run" [ 217]). This will ensure that the valve pressure plate is fully retracted. If not, it
may damage the actuator.
To remove the actuator
1 Perform an actuator test run: in the main menu screen, go to
Commissioning > Actuator test run and select Water loop valve.
2 Wait 2 minutes. The valve opens fully.
3 Power OFF the unit.
4 Disconnect the actuator.
5 Remove the actuator from the valve.
