Quick installation and commissioning flowchart
Task
Identify the frame of your drive: R1...R9.
Plan the installation: select the cables, etc.
Examine the ambient conditions, ratings and
required cooling air flow.
Unpack and examine the drive.
Make sure that all necessary optional mod-
ules and equipment are present and correct.
If the drive will be connected to another sys-
tem than symmetrically grounded TN-S sys-
tem: Examine if you must disconnect the EMC
filter or ground-to-phase varistor.
Install the drive on a wall.
Route the cables.
Measure the insulation of the input cable and
the motor and the motor cable.
Connect the power cables.
