1. Call Nortel Networks technical support
to find out how to receive an upgrade.
2. Follow the PSDL Installation
Procedure (see "PSDL installation" on
page 467).
4. Install the manufactured patches.
5. Download the firmware to telephones,
following the Flash Download procedure.
Note: This is not a standard process.
There should not be M3900 Release 2
phones configured on a 25.08 system).
1. Follow the Large System 25.08 to
25.08 Re-issue procedure for Release 1
telephones (above).
The 25.08 Re-issue contains M3900
Release 1 firmware;. Following the Flash
Download process downgrades the
M3900 Release 2 phones to Release 1
firmware.
