Alerts
The report can be sorted by Remote Site ID, Date/Time, and Percent Failed. The
default sort order is by Remote Site ID, then Date/Time.
Analysis and Corrective Actions
Too many failed networking sessions indicates a networking hardware problem, a
setup problem, or a lack of modem capacity on the remote site.
Run the Networking Activity Report to obtain more indicators of the problem. If
failures are associated with one site, alert the administrator of the remote site that
there is likely a problem with that site's networking setup or hardware.
If the failures do not seem to be specific to any one site, run the SEER Query
Report for Class 36 SEERs indicating network failure events. Check your
networking modems and cabling; reset them if necessary.

Failed Fax Delivery Alert

This alert report is used to notify the administrator when the number of fax delivery
failures equals or exceeds a threshold. The threshold is the percentage of fax
delivery failures to the total number of fax delivery attempts. A fax delivery fails if
the complete fax item is not delivered to the target DN. The report contains the
failed fax delivery attempts only. The information in this report may also indicate
an application setup problem.
