Meridian Mail Reporter 2.0 User's Guide
Faxback Outcalls Bill-Back File
Use this report or ASCII file to bill back the cost of faxback calls made to deliver
faxes from applications owned by departments. Each record in this report or ASCII
file describes a faxback outcall. This report is normally generated as an ASCII file
that can be used with an external bill-back program.

Report Filters
This report can be filtered by Billing DN, Counter Retry, Customer Number, Target
DN, and VSDN.
Displayed Report Fields
Customer Number: The numeric identifier of a customer.
VSDN : The voice service directory number (VSDN) of the application which
requested the faxback call.
Billing DN: This is the billing DN associated with the application.
Date: The date when the faxback call was answered.
Time: The time when the faxback call was answered.
Call Hold Time: The length of time in hours, minutes, and seconds of the faxback
call. This field is totaled and subtotaled.
Target DN: The DN (phone number of the fax machine) that was the intended
destination of the fax call.
