Print Schedule Customization window
Note: The After Download scheduling option is equivalent to printing Daily, only
instead of printing at a specified hour, the report is printed as soon as the download
process is complete. Just as you cannot schedule several reports to print Daily, you
cannot schedule more than one or two reports to print After Download.
Another important consideration when scheduling reports is to ensure that the
printing schedule does not overlap the download schedule since reports should not
be retrieved during a download.
Scheduled reports use a report interval that ends one second before midnight
(23:59:59) on the preceding day and extends back for the number of days in the
interval. For example, a report that is scheduled to print on January 2nd at 06:00:00
a.m. for an interval of one day will produce a report from January 1st at 00:00:00
a.m. to January 1st at 23:59:59 p.m. The report interval can be customized to match
the print schedule. For example, a one-day interval is well suited for reports that are
scheduled to be printed on a daily basis, while seven-day intervals would be more
appropriate for weekly reports.
