Meridian Mail Reporter 2.0 User's Guide
Displayed Report Fields
Date/Time: The date and time the SEER was created. The Time field shows only
hours and minutes; however, a report sorted by time includes information to the
second that a SEER occurred.
Error Severity: The severity of the SEER, the clear alarm code, or both.

Error Class: The class of the SEER.
Error Number: The SEER error number.
Node Number: The Meridian Mail node where the SEER occurred.
Error Description: The error string of information from the SEER. This
information is a short description of the error.
The report can be sorted by Date/Time, Error Class, Error Severity, or Node
Number. The default is by Date/Time.
Analysis and Corrective Actions
The report lists the SEERs that were produced by Meridian Mail. The class and
number are used to locate appropriate information and maintenance actions in the
Maintenance Messages (SEERs) Reference Manual (NTP 555-7001-510).
Channel Problem Identification Report
This report provides a channel usage summary and histogram. The report can be
used to identify channels that are experiencing either low traffic or unusually short
hold times. This information can be helpful in determining if there are hardware or
configuration problems affecting the channels.
