Reports and Alerts
MMR Reports provides reports and alerts to help you analyze and manage your
Meridian Mail system. Start MMR Reports after installation to view the default
report settings or to change the schedule if required. Refer to the online help to
learn about modifying the reports and alerts.
The following report appears in the Alert Palette for a SEER-only Meridian Mail
system that you added to the configuration during installation: Critical SEERs
Alert.
The following reports appear in the Alert Palette as the defaults for a regular
Meridian Mail system that you added to the configuration during installation:
Critical SEERs Alert
Failed Outcalls Alert
Excessive After-Hours Logons Alert
Excessive Thru-Dialer Accesses Alert
Excessive Failed Logons Alert
Excessive Incomplete Voice Mail Accesses Alert
The following report appears in the Report Palette for a SEER-only Meridian Mail
system that you added to the configuration during installation: SEER Query Report.
