Setting Network Parameters

From the Main Menu, select 2. Set networking parameters. The Network
Setup Menu in the figure below will be displayed.

IMPORTANT: The Compaq Storage Hub 12 hub is already set as a master device, To
disable the Master Device (item 6 in Figure above), select number 6.
1. Enter 1 to return to the Main menu.
2. Enter 2 Select IP Address from the Network Setup Menu. the figure
below shows the sequence. The HMM is shipped with a default IP
address of 127.0.0.1 that is not yours. It is a universal "testing" IP
address that should NOT be used for production use. Enter the IP
address that is appropriate for this hub at your place of business. If you
don't know what address to use, contact the network administrator.
There is also a brief tutorial about IP addresses, subnet masks and
