When the Fibre Channel Proxy Agent dialog box appears, enter the IP address
of the Ethernet connection to that Fibre Channel device, and click Discover.
When discovery is complete and successful, the Master Device Name, Serial
Number, and an (ICI) Device Count should be filled in and the Update SAN
View button active. The topological view should be updated to reflect any new
networks discovered. The Location and Contact fields may be filled in if they
were previously entered in a Managed Device Properties dialog box.
Click the Update SAN View button to add icons that represent the discovered
Fibre Channel devices to the topological view.
The timeout of the discovery process is set by the polling Timeout and Retry
Count.
