Troubleshooting 4-7
Action
For a 6-port or a 12-port
Compaq Storage Hub 12 Hub: Is
there an obstruction blocking
the air for the blowers? If so,
remove it. There is redundant
blower capability so the hub
could keep operating, but the
hub must be returned for blower
replacement as soon as
possible.
If none of the answers to the
above questions clears up the
problem, contact Customer
Service.
Choose OK or Cancel.
Use the HMU View Ports Tab to
begin systematically forcing a
bypass on each enabled port,
one at a time. When the
offending port is bypassed, the
proxy agent icon should return
to its green color representing
normal status.
Let the process run its course
and add the new device, or
select Cancel.
