and displays when a port is
automatically bypassed due to
some failure on that port.
This message is informational
and displays under these
circumstances:
When HMU is run for the
first time
If no HMU.dat file exists in
the HMU directory, or
If the HMU.dat file is out of
date or corrupted.
Action
Let the action run to completion
or click Cancel.
Yes - Replace the previous
device with information for the
new one, or
No - Make no change and try
adding the device to a different
port.
Attach the device to another
port.
Call Customer Service.
No action is required. A new
file will be created.
