Sealing flange on the gearbox side - tightening torque and tight‐
ening order
– Tighten screws in steps as follows:
Stage Screws
1st -1 ... 6-
2nd -1 ... 6-
Installing intermediate plate
– Insert intermediate plate on sealing flange -top arrow- and
push onto the dowel sleeves -bottom arrows-.

Removing and installing flywheel

Special tools and workshop equipment required
♦ Counterholder - MP1-223 (3067)-
Removing
• Gearbox removed
– Insert the counterholder - 3067- into the hole on the cylinder
block -B-.
– Loosen and remove all flywheel bolts.
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing,
observe the following:
Note
Replace screws which have been tightened firmly to a torque

angle.
Assembly of flywheel with rotor is only possible in one position.

– Insert the counterholder - 3067- into the hole on the cylinder
block -A-.
