Interfaces/connectors
The HXGS3 and HXGR3 boards provide the following connectors:
X1: 50-pin connector (edge connector) to the system

X2: 8-pin RJ45 jack for LAN interface 1
●
X3: 8-pin RJ45 jack for LAN interface 2

It is absolutely necessary to use a shielded Ethernet cable for LAN interfaces/
ports of the HXGS3 board.
Both LAN interfaces allow access to the Ethernet standard (IEEE 802.3) with 10 Mbps or
100 Mbps with automatic configuration. Manual configuration is also possible.
X4: 9-pin Sub-D plug for V.24 interface
